Pep Guardiola has given an update on Erling Haaland after the striker was withdrawn at half-time against AFC Bournemouth on Saturday.
The Manchester City forward suffered an ankle injury in the 6-1 win, and Guardiola is unsure if he will be available for tomorrow's UEFA Champions League group match at home against Swiss side Young Boys.
"We will train this afternoon so I don't know," Guardiola said in Monday's pre-match press conference.
"I spoke with the doctor and him. Yesterday he said he felt much better but I don't know."
Haaland was later pictured taking part in Man City's training session.

"Tomorrow I will listen to doctor," Guardiola added. "If he says he doesn’t have pain, I will consider letting him play. There are lots of days to recover [before we play Chelsea on Sunday].
"Right now, if Erling doesn’t play, Julian [Alvarez] is going to play there."
Though Haaland hasn't been as prolific in front of goal as he was last season, he has still scored 11 Premier League goals and is the competition's top scorer.
Reigning European champions Man City go into tomorrow's match against Young Boys with a perfect record in the Champions League, having won all three matches so far.
Should they beat Young Boys again, after their 3-1 away win a fortnight ago, they will qualify for the last 16 of the competition.

Haaland is the most-popular player in Fantasy Premier League, with over 83 per cent of managers owning him.
Although he has only returned one double-figure haul in his last seven matches, the Norwegian is still a key part of most managers' plans and has accumulated 80 points so far, making him the second highest-scoring player of 2023/24.
Haaland's owners will be hoping he is fit to play on Tuesday, and again in Gameweek 12 of Fantasy against Chelsea.
