Ange Postecoglou has made Premier League history by winning September 2023's Barclays Manager of the Month award.
Postecoglou is the first manager to win the award in each of his first two months in the competition, having also claimed August's prize, the first Australian to ever win it.
The last manager to win the first two awards of any season was Jurgen Klopp, in 2019/20, when Liverpool went on to lift the Premier League Trophy.

Postecoglou's Tottenham Hotspur continued their unbeaten start to the season through September, winning three and drawing one of their four matches.
His team put five goals past Burnley, scored twice in stoppage time to beat Sheffield United, drew 2-2 in the north London derby at Arsenal, and achieved a first win over Liverpool since 2017.

Postecoglou's decision to bring on Richarlison against Sheff Utd, in particular, proved to be an inspired one, as the Brazilian scored an equaliser in the eighth minute of added time before setting up the winner two minutes later.
The Australian beat fellow nominees Mikel Arteta, Unai Emery, Eddie Howe and Klopp after votes from the public were combined with those of a panel of football experts.
