As the season progresses, Fantasy Premier League managers must take into account not only rotation but the absence of players in their squads through suspension.

Any player earning five bookings from his side's first 19 Premier League matches will serve a one-match ban in the same competition. Yellow cards are not carried over to the EFL Cup or FA Cup.

Bruno Guimaraes and Alexis Mac Allister (both £5.8m) collected their fifth cautions of the season in Gameweek 12 and are suspended for Gameweek 12.

Guimaraes will miss Newcastle United's trip to AFC Bournemouth while Mac Allister is unavailable for Liverpool's contest with Brentford.

Cristian Romero (£5.0m) and Destiny Udogie (£4.8m) both saw red in Tottenham Hotspur's 4-1 defeat to Chelsea last Monday.

Romero starts a three-match ban following his sending-off for serious foul play while Udogie, dismissed for two bookable offences, serves a one-match ban. They will both sit out the trip to Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Bruno Fernandes (£8.3m) and Douglas Luiz (£5.6m) are one yellow card shy of an automatic one-match suspension.

Kieran Trippier (£7.0m), Matty Cash (£5.2m), Kaoru Mitoma (£6.5m) and Andre Onana (£4.8m) are among a growing list of players on three bookings.
